Breakfast included a good variety, but I wish there were more gluten-free options for my dietary needs. The staff members were generally kind, particularly Emre, the manager who greeted us warmly every day. The room was mostly clean, but there were inconsistencies with the cleaning service. we ran low on toilet paper and the sheets weren't changed as often as I would have liked. On the downside, the bathroom could have used a more thorough cleaning upon check-in. The air conditioning wasn't effective, making it uncomfortable during the hot nights. Wi-Fi was only available in public areas, which was a hassle. The small swimming pool was also a disappointment, as it was colder than expected and had limited space. Despite these issues, the central location and pleasant staff made my stay enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the stay was marred by several issues. The daily struggle with malfunctioning key cards was frustrating. every day I had to visit reception for a new one. The breakfast was disappointing as it lacked variety and taste, making mornings less enjoyable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired, as it was not maintained to an acceptable standard throughout my stay.

The location was perfect. Just a 3 minute walk to the metro and 5 to the tram. Now that’s convenience. And the staff, they really put a smile on your face. Every day the cleaning service was solid, and breakfast was fresh and tasty.

It wasn’t inexpensive but still reasonable enough for what you get.

This was just a top selection for a stopover in Istanbul with good value for cost. I enjoyed the nice fresh bread at breakfast each morning. Avoid checking in early as some rooms may still smell like smoke.

Had a lovely time unwinding by the rooftop pool after exploring the city, and the breakfast offered a delightful variety of options like fresh pastries and Turkish delights. The steam room and sun terrace were perfect spots to relax and recharge during my stay. I did wish the air conditioning had been a bit more reliable. overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

Had an amazing stay! Loved the incredible breakfast options and the comfort of our recently renovated room. Only downside was the limited pool space. Would definitely come back!
